You can put in an extra little bit of time (15 minutes is A LOT when you aren’t counting on giving it!). But you can still go home, ride your bike for thirty minutes, do your TKD, run (but not very far because you have just decided to start running), come home and sit on your porch and watch the others running and riding, go to the store, come back home and start a pot of vegetable soup.
And still sit down and write a blog.
Perhaps I should be writing what “I” can do when I live closer to work.
So I did these things. And still have time to sit here and relax.
