I read a lot. I don’t always retain everything I read. Sometimes I retain random things that make sense to me but I really don’t know if they are true or not.
For example: coffee prevents Alzheimer’s disease. I believe I read that. There for I am convinced drinking coffee is good for me. I’m not even a coffee fanatic. I think I’m just OCD about it. I mean, I decided at age 42 I needed to start drinking coffee. So I did, after never being able to stomach it. That’s another blog entirely. But since I started drinking coffee I don’t want anyone telling me I can’t or shouldn’t drink coffee. So every time I hear, or read, something saying coffee is good for me I retain this morsel of information. You know, to make rational comments to friends. Like when JS said to me she brought her V8 Juice but didn’t drink it, instead she was drinking an Iced Capp. Of course, it was an opportune moment to say “coffee prevents Alzheimer’s”.
I believe this.
I just don’t know if it’s true.
So the disclaimer of the day is : if I tell you something I believe it. It just might not be true.
