As far as birthdays go, last night’s celebration of Jesus’ birth was pretty wonderful. Things were a little different. Jesus wasn’t getting the presents, we all were (seems like He just keeps giving doesn’t it?).
But there was the making of a cake to celebrate Jesus’ happy day. Not to mention a glorious day for us.
One baby helped.
Well, she thought it was helping. That’s what’s important.
What? What? I really AM helping, let me give you a hand mommy!
It sure felt good to help with Jesus’ cake. And Jesus didn’t mind.
Because Jesus is about love, sharing, and feeling good about one another.
And He fills us with joy everyday.
And we celebrate Him and His joy.
Especially this day.
