I don’t mind being little to this world.
I know life will try to roll right over me on occasion.
Some won’t look or care where they tread.
There are days when I’ll have to bear my shield.
And days when I will feel lost-or just not seen-in the dark.
Taking breaks won’t even be easy. Or possible.
No matter my size to this life.
When I soar above
It can’t control the size of who I am.
Or what I do.
When I’m feeling small in this large world,
I just need to fly above it.

This one resonated with me, Colleen! I think of life as fairly even, sometimes in a sunnier outlook than I may live, but when I am down, I will come back to this post. It is one that could be put on a greeting card, on a poster or on my refrigerator. We have those days and what better way to escape them, but to fly? You drew, wrote the powerful messages, and gave us hope! Loved this one!!
