Never Ending

Without trust..

There seems to be no where to land.

No where safe…

Free Falling

It’s a never ending free fall.

I love this imagery. It’s totally accurate. Trust is terrifying, but ultimately it’s the only way to feel safe

  4. I straight away thought of those workshops, where you have to close your eyes and fall backwards, having the person behind you catch you. Trust in anything, anyone a grand thing indeed.

  6. Colleen, this is sad and true. The component of trust is so important, people will sometimes grab the smallest thing and try to label it trust just to have that landing spot. And the sad but true poiint is that at sometime we will all need that landing spot. whether or not there is trust there. Take care, be safe. Bill

  9. The question is? Do we ever have trust in any man. In God I trust… Great post, it’s making me think.

Without trust there can be no love either…so important. I hate the free fall feeling. Trusting yourself is therefore huge too.

The BlogHead has people to cushion her landing, I think, Colleen. I’m looking up with my arms out …

I am touched by this. I had written a post about Thomas Kinkade’s thoughts on trust. It is like we are two peas in a pod, Colleen! I had wondered about this word, found a quote and now, I will think of your character free falling when there is no trust! Too bad this is true in many people around the world’s lives, Colleen!

Oh, it was in my September calendar post, but yours is a reminder to me, to be trustworthy and hope my family knows I will be ‘there’ to catch them all! Smiles, Robin
