A Dozen White Roses
And a hug.
From way over here.
To way over there.
This is such a lovely picture and you are such a kind, giving friend to all. The white roses with the pink details is such a special gift to someone who deserves it. Colleen, you are truly a good friend.
I wonder, if we were to give you a gift, what would you like it to be? Hugs and smiles!
You are SO thoughtful Robin. I am tickled that so many people have received this gift That’s the wonderful thing about giving someone a gift like this, many can receive in the giving it to someone. 🙂
ahhh Colleen, you shouldn’t have, but thank you!!! (Haha! Just kidding).
You are welcome! 🙂 🙂
Right back atcha!
🙂 Thank you!
You’re welcome! 😉
Your pictures have more and more character and personality. Love, LOVE them. This is just ONE example. ❤ ❤ ❤
I totally agree – they are incredible in their simplicity and sophistication. Wow. Really, wow.
You guys are the best cheerleaders. 🙂
Oh Tess, thank you SO very much! ❤ Truly, this means a lot to me.
❤ ❤ ❤
I trump your 3 hearts with ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤
Because I think you are the one who showed me how to do hearts! 🙂
I can’t recall. You can trump me anytime. 😀
Oh yes! You taught me the smiles and I love all of the faces you share with me.
😀 It’s all great fun, isn’t it. Why not share? ❤
🙂 It is fun! 🙂
Me? ( I think I recognize the hair!)
❤ The one and only! And the roses? Remember? Someone named Bill used to get them for someone named Paula? 🙂
Colleen – I totally knew what you you were referring to – and how thrilled to see that you connected with that. I am so impressed you pay such close attention Colleen! I LOVE the gift – I would hang it in my room if I could! How do you do those sketches anyhow? You are such a wonderful friend. Thank-you. ONe of the best gifts you could have given to me.
I’m glad you like is Stacey. 🙂 The sketch it’s self is actually VERY small. “You” and “I” are smaller than half of your pinky finger. THen I take a picture of my sketch, put it on my computer and use an online editor so I could add the flowers. You could click right on the picture, and save it as is, then print it, I think. 🙂 That makes me feel good you would like to keep it. 🙂
OKay – so my hubby followed this conversation – found your picture – printed it on a very large scale – brought it home – put it on the fridge via magnets until I found it – I found it and almost cried! It is magnificent blown up — I have had so many people comment on it – and it is a hoot to tell them we have never really “met” face to face. “How did she know about the roses?” they ask – how do you know her? I wish you could be a bug on the wall in this house just to hear the conversations surrounding “our” picture!
Oh Stacey, part of me wanted to laugh. Part of me wanted to cry! 🙂 Part of me is so humbled. Part of me is so wishing I had redrawn it one more time (this was the third attempt!). I am so glad it made you so happy. And kudos to your Kevin for doing such beautiful things for you so lovingly. You guys make me happy. And I feel like a bug on the wall with you sharing this!!!!!!!!! 🙂
Wonder – if I am not able to blog for a while after surgery – how can I let you know how I am doing?
Can you or your husband or one of your children email? email@example.com
And you have no idea how much I appreciate you thinking of that. I was not going to ask, as that is not something I wanted you to worry about. I am very touched. Thank you.
You bet I can do that! ANd thanks for your concern. Have archieved the address and will be in touch via email.
🙂 You are super kind!!!!!
Well, I’m bald and resemble a stick figure. 🙂
WELL BY GOLLY!!!!! From your picture, you do!!!!! And a very jolly one at that!!!!!!!!!! 😀
Perfect timing. Thank you!
You’re welcome! 🙂

I’ll take it! I left you a note on an old post and as I hit send, I thought the same thing. I wish I could just reach over and give Colleen a big old hug today.
Oh gosh! You guys are so daggone good to me! 🙂 ❤
Well thank you. 😉
Why, you are very welcome! 🙂
Is that the delivery the guy? He’s cute…
🙂 No Shian, it’s a friend getting the flowers from me. I have never met her. And the only way to “give” her something was to draw us together and give them to her this way. 🙂
Oh lol… Thant’s very sweet of you. Always spreading love.
Aw, thank you!
Aren’t you lovely. So fortunate to know you. Very touching.
🙂 Thank you, I’m kind of blushing over here. 🙂
