It was plain.
-alter it a little.
-change it some more.
-make it simple.
-try to get back to where it was.
-find an odd mixture that works.
It’s your path.
Gorgeous! Is this a picture you took? It looks like something out of a fairy tale. Interesting to see it in the different ‘lights’.
Thank you Marissa. I did take it, just this weekend. I thought fairy tale as well. The original was fabulous enough. Changing it gave me so many different writing ideas. I had a much more indepth one, scrapped it, and went with this.
Maybe it will lead to something else you can use in a whole other blog. That happens to me sometimes. I make two ideas out of one!
I do like it when that happens. Sometimes that happens out of a comment I leave as well.
Outstanding, both the picture fiddling and the thought. ❤ ❤ ❤
Thank you Tess. I just loved this. So glad I got it. My memory card filled up after one picture after this. And this was one of 2 of 230 pictures I took that I really liked. 🙂
Wow. You take great pictures.
Awwww Tess! 🙂
And that’s the truth!

I really enjoyed this post. For so many reasons. Thank you, Sarah
I want to hear all of the versions, MBC. The fiddle, the faddle, and the fuddle. 🙂 The photo is great all the way around, my friend.
🙂 THank you MBM! The different versions do add color and spice don’t they?
Much variation on that camera theme, MBC. I like the editing filter work. Very nice.
Thank you MBM. Those trees just called to so many variations….so many possibilities. 🙂
Thanks Huck! 🙂
Beautiful pictures all…I love the mixture. Beautiful trees 🙂
Thank you Niaaeryn! I climbed up some stone steps on Saturday and there it was. Like I could have walked through them in to a different world. 🙂
The title and the photograph were excellent, Colleen. The many ways you altered the picture, helped to see different details, get a different feeling from each one and I found the first one the one I wanted to go back to.
🙂 The first one pulled me in. I climbed the steps and saw that and wow. Wanted to walk in there and find another world. 🙂
