    This was such a similar way of how I look at parenting. Trying to share or even erase.the pains. xo


    • Right? If the kids knew….would we give them our joys and take their pains? Absolutely! I know we shouldn’t take all of their pains. But there is a large part of us that wants to.

  6. I am much more relaxed as a grandparent than I was as a parent. ❤ ❤ ❤ I do spoil my granddaughters, but not with 'things'.

    • 🙂 We would probably lose our parenting membership cards if we kept taking all of our kids suffering away. I suppose we have to let them go through ‘some’ stuff. But man oh man, sometimes I would gladly trade my joys for their pains. Gladly.
