Greater Than Me

Sometimes I have such an overwhelming

Sense

Feeling

Perception

Of peace.

I can’t explain it.

But it tells me

Reminds me

Of the existence of something

Greater than me.

That assures me

That emboldens me

That comforts me.

This post gave me a similar feeling. Knowing your friends are content at the moment is a huge thing ❤

So appropriate to have shared this feeling so close to the Canadian Thanksgiving. Thank-YOU, Colleen!

  5. Sometimes I get that when I walk in certain areas, down certain blocks. I used to get that feeling when I walked down the block I lived on in NYC. Strange how that is.

I feel like this when I walk in Allihies West Cork and view the mountains that have seen generations come and go. It makes me feel how insignificant my life is and gives me perspective

  7. T.h.a.t. is a good day. 🙂 ❤ ❤

I am so blessed because this is always with me, not just “sometimes.” I cannot believe the “wealth” of knowing there is something more, greater than I am. You sense all of what encompasses this feeling, I know.

  10. That happens to me sometimes, too! Often when I’m washing dishes. 🙂 It always reminds me to say, “Thank you, Lord. I love you.”

I find some comfort there, too, MBC.

  12. When I find it, I hold on to it. Tis grand is it not?
