Sometimes Living Is Heroic

You once told me

You wanted to die a hero.

I have a better idea

How about living like one.

Sometimes

To be a hero

You must

Simply

Stand.

To Be A Hero

Because

It's A Start

It’s a start.

To stand on wobbly legs

That fear life unknown.

It’s

Heroic

Enough

To face living.

Anew.

This is absolutely amazing!!! Several of us spend their lives chasing goals… While I feel that living itself is a big thing. I dream… But I don’t die if they don’t realize! I get up and walk again… Just when my spirits were low you put up this beautiful post! 🙂

Wonderful and powerful message. Straight to the point with meaning. I liked this idea of living as well as taking a stand.

Yeah, regardless of how hard it is, my motto has always been – “Just Show UP'”. Once you do that, the rest is easier.

  11. Facing life every day, consciously facing it, is the most heroic act there is.
