As individuals who thrive on independence

I think we sometimes fail to recognize

The value, impact, and actions

We depend on from others.

Being independent does not mean I do not allow others to assist me in life.

  7. That’s so important. And helps keep a balance. I don’t know why it’s been hard for me to ask for help when I need it but is given so freely? I’ve never understood that.
