Race Day

Just about every day.

Enjoy the run.

Race Day

Or the jog.

The crawl.

The sprint.

Whatever gets you through the day.

  2. Some days are filled with a mixture of moving energies, some forward, some back, one step at a time I suppose and we eventually reach our destination if we keep at it 🙂

The running is great and the crawling…well that’s exhausting, but sometimes necessary in order to get us down the road. Crawling is a good lesson of endurance and makes the reward feel even greater.

Or doing nothing, like the lazy song, by Bruno Mars.

“Today I don’t feel like doing anything
I just wanna lay in my bed
Don’t feel like picking up my phone
So leave a message at the tone
‘Cause today I swear I’m not doing anything”

Some days I walk a little taller than other days, that’s for sure. But even my weakest days I’m glad I’m here, so there you go! Thank you, Colleen.

Some days are longer than others, but the end of a day is always priceless!!

The idea of trying to make it to the finish line is all I could imagine my days. The door leading out of work is “my finish line”, thank God!

  12. Usually what gets me through the day is caffeine.
