  1. Oh good gosh. Reminds me of when I went to SB and ordered an iced cappuccino…and being told, “we don’t dont do those…we do frappucinos”. Snooty much? Grr. You made me laugh at the memory.

    • Hahahahahahaha, I laughed at “snooty much”. There is a certain chain that has a certain location that I go in and say “medium” or “large” and they always correct me with ‘their’ term. πŸ˜‰

      • It’s fun. In fairness, the employees may have been given a script. The first one didn’t follow it. Just for S&G, I did it again at another location. They explained that the frozen making machines didn’t work well after the coffee had been heated and frothed. Still makes me laugh though as does your ordering medium or large. It sounds like I’m bagging on a particular company, I’m not. I wondered where “tall” fit into the equation of venti and grande…especially when tall means small…or it used to.

  2. I loved coffee back as a child, tea was good with milk and sugar, cocoa with marshmallows. My parents allowed us to pour coffee over ice cream and this was yummy! I guess I never stopped loving it, drink like my Mom still does, 3-4 cups a day! Only hers is black.

  3. I kind of feel like a kid when I order coffee because I like the sweetest, frothiest stuff I can get. I’m a coffee wuss, especially since my parents and siblings always drink black. I don’t know how we’re related.
