Sometimes my soul
Needs the world
Is not what my soul needs.
yes, quiet and just breathe.
love this drawing it really makes a point!
Thank you Lynn, I’ve been playing with this drawing for weeks!!!
For me it’s a little more than “sometimes” lol
Ha! I do love the silence of my solitude.
So, so true!
I just want to enjoy the silence of a moment with no chaos 🙂
The noise is so constant that the oxygen is sucked from the room. I so agree.
Yes, indeed, Colleen. ❤
I like my peach and quiet all the time.
Peach and quiet. Sounds like a new drink! 😉
Love this…so the way I’ve been feeling lately.
I hope you find the silence for a moment.
Just a little teensy bit of quiet every day, please.
I do hope that you find some quiet this weekend, Colleen. It sounds like you could really use it! 🙂
I did Debra, and managed to sleep through some of it. 😉
So important to stop and be silent every once in a while.
In a coffee shop….
I hear ya. Haha. Unintentional pun-ish. 🙂
Unintentional puns are welcome here.
Truly, they should be welcomed anywhere. Except maybe funerals.
Well, some of my family funerals they would still be welcome. It has long been recognized that humor is a long standing life-getter-througher in our family.
True. I stand corrected, especially if the deceased appreciated a good pun, in which case, it would be wrong not to have them. Classic case of “It’s what he(she) would’ve wanted.”
That’s the truth. There are some family funerals I have attended which have been very somber, emotional. And some that have been full of laughter, and just as emotional. Interesting difference I noticed at a young age. (And interesting how our dialogue has traveled 😉 )
Our days need more silence and this expressed something I believe is true of us all, Colleen.
I agree Robin!
Yes! Shh-h! xo
