Woe is me

Who is on the run from one call to another.

Just yearning for a moment’s peace.

But not as woe as the me

Who has an entire five minutes of peace

And laments when

No one bothers to call me.

    To keep the peace, best the busy ones be kept busy, so they don’t pester us “normals”

    • πŸ˜‰ I wrote this “tongue in cheek”. Over the past couple of weeks I managed to have some “down time”. I told my husband “why isn’t anyone calling me?” and then thought that very funny because I often find myself nonstop going. πŸ˜‰
