Raise a Roar

Enter life

Raise a roar

When silence is expected

Conformity the rule

Raise a roar.

Exit life

Raise a roar

Validate and punctuate

All that you existed for

Raise a roar.

Be heard.

And when I die

My roar is silenced

Make my spirit proud and cheer

As you roar

To validate I was here.

Your roar will ever be heard by those fortunate enough to have heard it, you are one of those even death will not silence. I’m sure it will be said of you : “She was one of the rare ones, so effortlessly herself, and the world loved her for it.” – Atticus Poetry. Thank-you!

I was just wondering today if I should be bolder in speaking out. I love this one Colleen. Thanks for reminding me that my voice matters just as much as any individual voice does.
I appreciate your voice in this world.
