  1. Timely, as always. I have a verse that I’ve repeated to myself since childhood (and for some reason, I can only quote it in a condensed King James Version!) “Pride goeth before a fall.” It usually presents itself when I am focused on someone else’s weaknesses at the expense of failing to see my own. I love your disclaimer at the end, also – being honest with ourselves is not unkind – it’s the only way to truly grow. Hugs, Colleen – you are a wise woman!

  2. Oh so true, Colleen. I agree. Still, I’m going to take your question as hypothetical. I’m sure you don’t REALLY want to know my ugly. Even I have to look at it with one eye kind of squinting! 🙂

  3. Some would say that we cannot recognize in others what we haven’t experienced within ourselves.
Others say for every finger I point towards the other person there are three fingers pointing towards myself.
    A good reflection Colleen 😉
