Hmmmm …. caught myself too just the other day. Foot in mouth syndrome to be honest. As for those stones we have thrown, and we all have, no we cannot get them back but darn it, I’m hoping with our “new” approach to life, those past thrown stones now have been turned into love.
Thank you for telling me that Debra. I so often write these things as reminders to myself. Maybe a throw back to note taking as a child in school…..write it repeatedly as the process of learning. And relearning.
everyone falls into their old patterns from time to time, over time we become aware of it. we are human.
