This is from 3 years ago.Β  I hope it bringsΒ  many smiles.

I was going to redraw it but thought I would keep the 3 year retro feeling.

Oh.

And please, while we are social distancing, do not sing in your car with a friend.

Let’s heal my friends.

  1. Love this Colleen. It really is a perfect handbook for a grand life and should be available on prescription in our National Health Service. I particularly love the depiction of holding hands. Peace, blessings, love, and health to you and to us all.

  2. Oh bother! I thought that I had left a comment here yesterday and now find that I must not have hit post comment. Excellent advice for the times that we find ourselves in at present or for that matter at any other time too. Your comment about maintaining the ‘retro feeling’ reminds me of what Anais Nin said : “We write to taste life twice, in the moment and in retrospect.” Both your writing and art withstood the test of time.Thank-you!

    • Oh my gosh Ellen. You are SO well read. Thank you for this quote. I always love when someone reads something I wrote and it brings to mind other writers. I believe (as writers, creators, artists, musicians) that we are connected in some grander scheme. Trying to bring out parts of ourselves that others relate to and ‘feel’. I hope that makes sense. ❀
