  1. What do you use to measure, “no kindness” with … I think there is no such instrument, because it has never needed to be invented…

    • I do believe in that quote. “Wherever there is a human being there IS an opportunity for a kindness.” I do believe, also, that there have been plenty of times in human times, that kindness was not extended. Though I have been very blessed. I happen to be thinking of kindness’ in life. And I wondered about how I’ve heard the phrase “small kindness” and that made me start thinking about how it would be measured. The only thing I could think of was…there isn’t a way to measure kindness unless you measure it against, hold it up against, when there is no kindness. I hope I’m making sense.

  2. Love this. Exactly what I say about ‘blessings’, and kindness shown to you is also a blessing. It’s good to ask oneself (if you feel the blessing/kindness is less than your expectations) ‘What if I didn’t have even this?’

  3. Oh so very true. Boy does that put things into perspective and quick too. Great share my wise friend. Sending my fairies your way today. They enjoy your blog so much they made a hand carved pen holder for your desk. The wood was used by Cleopatra. So it is a special gift. They will sound like hummingbirds coming by, just duck. They will stay a day or two and they will want your signature too. Love you Joni 💕🤗❤️
