I have to admit, much of my worst cussing comes out when I am alone…so I would have to look in the mirror. On second thought, maybe that’s a good idea and I can stare myself into less cussing!
I am trying not to cuss. This is funny Colleen and I admire you your calm and restraint. I have been cursing a bit lately and now I can say I am in excellent company. Love you, Joni
I think it is ok to occasionally say a bad word. Once when I was working and had three women working with me I said the word F—k and that was after hanging up the phone and under my breath. The woman who was new and not someone I had hired told me I had to call the person back immediately and apologize for saying that word. I then apologized to her immediately and told her I would never curse in front of her again, but I refused to call the customer back because I was already off the phone when I used the word under my breath. She continue to persist. So I went to my boss and told him I had screwed up. I told him about the conversation and that I had used the F word and he was laughing so hard I thought he was going to choke. He told me that was one of his favorite words to use as well when he was upset. Needless to say I never called that customer back. By the way true story. So I say close the door, put on the music you like to dance to and say that little word out loud for five minutes or go for a walk. Sorry for the rampage but I thought you might appreciate this story. Hugs and love ❤️ Joni
Oh geez! I understand if she didn’t want that word said in front of her (I do respect that others may not like the words) but the demand that you call someone and apologize who wasn’t meant to and did not hear it…. Thankful for your boss! And I DID appreciate this story! ❤️❤️ and you!
Thank you. I am so grateful I was able to retire way early. The work place is not the most inviting place for love and kindness. Yes I had a great boss. Thank you my friend. I certainly do appreciate you!! Love ya Joni. 🤗💕🥰
I have to admit I have been very blessed when it comes to work. All ‘jobs’ I would think have rough moments but I’ve been surrounded by wonderful people. I know not everyone has that experience. I’ve always said I don’t understand why people go to work to make others who have to go to work….miserable….
Yea what a blessing. I am so glad to hear it. People become too wrapped up in their work often because some companies expect a 60 hour work week. That is pretty common anymore. I am glad you have been blessed. You bless others. God is kissing your forehead. Love you, Joni
🤗❤️🥰😘
Wow. I am genuinely impressed. As usual. Passion, restraint, opportunity. It is too much to think about. But I love that you do.

I have found that cultivating a withering stare can sometimes accomplish the same thing as a good cussing tirade. LOL!
